Jayesh A. Punater
President & CEO

Jayesh Punater is the founder and visionary behind Gravitas. He was the first in the marketplace to focus on high quality service combined with a "holistic" view of technology providing small and mid-sized financial services firms a complete outsource option of their IT operations. Jayesh focuses on Gravitas' growth strategy and manages overall operations with the management team. Prior to founding Gravitas, Jayesh held management positions in various technology consulting and manufacturing companies, including Manager of the Financial Services Vertical for New York based system integrator DNA, and Manager of Technical Support for high-end workstations manufacturer 68000 Inc. Jayesh has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and has extensive executive training in marketing, finance, and management. He has also taught a course on entrepreneurship at Fordham University.

Mark Seaman
Managing Director, Business Consulting Services

Gravitas’ Managing Director of Software Development Mark Seaman, leads the expansion of its custom software development services, and is responsible for providing high end business consulting services with respect to software platform integration and best business practices for front, middle and back office operational workflow. Prior to joining Gravitas, Mr. Seaman was a Partner and CIO for Spectrum Global Fund Administration. At Spectrum, he was instrumental in the formation of VCOO fund administration services offering and the creation of the required technology platform. He also served as a Vice President for SS & C Technologies, Inc., a leading provider of software solutions to the hedge fund community. Additionally, Mr. Seaman is a former Principal of Shepro Braun where he oversaw the product development of industry recognized applications such as Total Return and Antares.

Robert Gusick
Managing Director, Software Development & Systems Integration Group

Robert Gusick is a Managing Director at Gravitas Technology and has 25 years experience developing and managing front and middle office financial systems on Wall Street. Most recently he was the Chief Information Officer at Perry Capital, a multi-strategy Hedge Fund with offices in New York, London and Hong Kong. Prior to Perry Capital, he served as the CIO at Soros Fund Management. From 1990 through 2002, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, where he held several IT management/developer positions in Fixed Income, Asset Management, Commodities and Credit Derivatives. Prior to that, Robert was a Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he developed the firm's CMO trading & structuring systems. Robert has an MBA in Finance from NYU's Executive Program, and a BS in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Cassie Kulzer
Managing Director, Human Resources

Formerly the Director of Human Resources for International Fund Services, the fund-administration arm of State Street for over 6 years, Cassie Kulzer is a human resources specialist with experience in compensation and benefits, employee relations, policies and procedures, performance management and recruitment. Cassie also served as Human Resources Manager for Commonwealth Associates, a Venture Capital and Merchant Bank. Cassie received her undergraduate degree from Fairfield University in Connecticut. With over eleven years of experience, she will oversee the expansion of Gravitas and lead its people development processes.

Olga Noy
Executive Director, Controller

Olga Noy oversees financial management reporting, accounting operations, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and cash management. She is also responsible for implementing policies and systems for monitoring financial flow and best practices. Olga oversees the offshore Accounting arm of Gravitas based in Ahmedabad, India. She has been with the company since its inception, and has been involved in various aspects of business operations as well. Olga has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration.

Steven B. Richard
Executive Director, Business Consulting Services

Steve Richard leads Business Consulting Services and is an expert in designing, developing and implementing tailored technology solutions to meet strategic and operational performance, risk and control effectiveness. He is responsible for providing high-end advisory services with respect to software platform integration and best business practices for front, middle and back office operational workflow. Prior to Gravitas, Steve was a partner and served as Chief Operating Officer for Spectrum Global Fund Administration where he developed and implemented a service-based organizational structure, in addition to leading the firm’s globalization effort by opening offices in the Cayman Islands, Bangalore, India and London. Before joining Spectrum, Steve worked at Investors Bank & Trust and for US Trust of NY, Mutual Funds Services Company and was an audit manager at Price Waterhouse.

Sunil Wadhwa
Executive Director, Business Consulting Services

Sunil Wadhwa leads the technology advisory component of Business Consulting Services, and is an expert in the areas of business continuity planning and operational risk with regards to technology implementation. Additionally, he manages corporate operations at the company, focusing on operational process improvements to improve efficiency, and oversees Gravitas’ office expansion. Prior to joining Gravitas, Sunil was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs and Co., where he spent seventeen years at four global locations (New York, Tokyo, Hong Kong and Chicago). At Goldman, Sunil was an integral part of the business-facing technology group which was responsible for fulfilling all back-office technology needs for global departments including Controllers, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Human Resources, and Administration. Sunil holds an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, North Western University, and an Engineering degree from Delhi School of Engineering, Delhi University.

Brandon Travan
Executive Director, Engineering & PMO

Brandon Travan leads Gravitas’ Engineering and Project Management Office teams. Mr. Travan has worked with some of the largest exchanges, ECNs, brokerage firms and banks in the industry. Prior to joining Gravitas, he was Vice President of Engineering at ITG where he was responsible for all production systems and network infrastructure. He has focused on equity OMS and EMS products, FIX connectivity networks, transactional databases, low-latency trade-matching, order routing, and market-data distribution. Prior to that, Mr. Travan was a member of the core IP Network Design team at AT&T Local (formerly TCG).
