Synchronize three critical technology projects—two state-of-the-art data centers, two major office relocation efforts, and a fully functional disaster recovery site—to be up and running at fund launch. Requirements included:

On a highly aggressive 10-week schedule, Gravitas’ team collaborated with the client’s technology expert to:
- architect, design, and implement completely fault-tolerant, state-of-the-art data centers in New York and London.
- plan, coordinate, oversee, and implement two major relocation efforts.
- design and provision fully functional disaster and work area recovery site with Internet, market data, productivity tools, and remote operation of critical business applications.
- provide timely, client-focused 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. help desk support plus emergency weekend support for all IT issues
